The Communications Department of Sumner County Schools is dedicated to keeping our community informed, engaged, and connected. We manage district-wide communications to ensure clear, timely, and accurate information reaches students, families, staff, and the public.

What We Do
- Public Relations: Promoting the district’s vision, values, and achievements through strategic messaging.
- Crisis Communications: Coordinating communication during emergencies to ensure safety and transparency.
- Social Media Management: Sharing important updates and celebrating success across all major platforms.
- Media Relations: Serving as the point of contact for press inquiries and managing relationships with local and regional media outlets.
- Multimedia Production: Creating videos, graphics, and digital content that highlight our schools and initiatives.
- Event Planning & Promotion: Supporting school and district events with marketing, design, and outreach services.
